Designed by Bambalina Clothing in the USA and lovingly handcrafted in Europe by our private artisan tailors, each gown is individually hand-cut and sewn in our small atelier using carefully selected premium fabrics and timeless techniques.

Sizing
Our dresses fit true to size while allowing room to grow thanks to the elastic waistband and adjustable corset back.
Every child is beautifully unique. If your child is between sizes or you would like a custom fit, please contact us before ordering. We are always happy to help you choose the best size.

Preorder & Processing Time
Every Sugarplum Velvet Gown is individually hand-cut and handcrafted from start to finish in our small atelier.
Estimated processing time: 14–16 weeks
During our busiest seasons, including Christmas, Black Friday, holiday promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may extend to approximately 12–14 weeks.
As a small artisan atelier, occasional delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our dresses, customization requests, or fabric availability.
If you need your gown sooner, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and our Rush My Order option.
Shipping Policy
Once your gown has been completed, shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
While we always do our very best to meet our estimated timelines, shipping carrier delays and customs processing are outside of our control.
We strongly recommend that you do not schedule photography sessions, birthdays, performances, vacations, holidays, or other special events until your dress has been delivered.
Our dresses are handcrafted in a small atelier, and because every piece is made with exceptional care, production timelines may occasionally change.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and limited edition nature of our dresses, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
