As a small atelier specializing in heirloom children's clothing, many of our garments are handcrafted and finished by hand, making each dress a one-of-a-kind piece to treasure for years to come.
We sincerely appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare every order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Our ready-to-ship pieces are carefully inspected, steamed, and beautifully packaged before leaving our studio.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, new collection launches, and other busy seasons, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.
Some ready-to-ship designs may also require additional hand-finishing before shipment, including hand-sewing buttons, beads, lace, bows, appliqués, or other delicate embellishments. While this may extend processing slightly, it ensures every Bambalina garment meets our quality standards before arriving at your doorstep.
Made-to-Order Items
Many of our dresses are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. These garments require significant time, care, and craftsmanship and cannot be rushed.
Please allow an estimated 12–16 weeks for production before your order ships. Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, customization requests, seasonal demand, and our current order volume.
Our commitment to handcrafted quality means every stitch, detail, and embellishment is completed with the attention your heirloom piece deserves.
Planning for Special Events
Because Bambalina Clothing is a small atelier specializing in handcrafted heirloom garments, we strongly recommend that you do not schedule photoshoots, birthdays, vacations, weddings, or other special events until your dress has been received.
While we always strive to meet our estimated production timelines, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. Our ability to offer handcrafted details, customization, and heirloom-quality finishes requires time, and we never want to compromise the quality of your garment by rushing the process.
If you have an upcoming event or a specific date in mind, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can discuss current production timelines and determine whether your requested design can be completed in time.
Orders Containing Ready-to-Ship & Made-to-Order Items
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are completed unless otherwise arranged.
If you would prefer your ready-to-ship items to be sent separately, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Bambalina Clothing cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
While we carefully package every order, Bambalina Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
