Bambalina Clothing – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Bambalina Clothing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

 


 

 

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Nature

 


All Bambalina Clothing pieces are hand-cut and handmade in our atelier.

Most dresses are made to order and often customized specifically for you, which may include (but is not limited to):

 

  • Size selection

  • Color choice

  • Sleeve style

  • Neckline

  • Embellishments

  • Fabric combinations

 


Because your dress is created specifically for your child, it cannot be resold, restocked, or offered to another customer once production begins.


⚠️ It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully choose the correct:

 

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design details

 


Please review all product descriptions and size charts thoroughly before purchasing.

 


 

 

2. Designer & Handmade Variations

 


Bambalina Clothing is not a factory.


Each dress is:

 

  • Individually hand-cut

  • Individually sewn

  • Individually finished

 


Due to the artisanal nature of our work:

 

  • Minor variations in placement, trim, embroidery, shade, or finish may occur

  • Small design adjustments may be made at the designer’s discretion to preserve quality, balance, or structural integrity

 


These variations are normal and expected in handmade couture garments and do not constitute defects.

 


 

 

3. Processing Time

 


 

Standard Processing (Non-Holiday Seasons)

 

 

  • 8–12 weeks estimated processing time

 


 

Holiday & High-Volume Seasons

 


Holiday season includes:

 

  • Christmas season: July/August through the end of December

  • Spring/Easter season: January through March

 


During these periods—or during unusually high order volume—processing times may extend to:

 

  • 10–14 weeks or longer

 


Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

 


 

 

4. Unforeseen Delays

 


As a small artisan brand, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

 

  • Illness or medical emergencies affecting tailors or atelier staff

  • Fabric or material delays

  • International shipment delays to or from the atelier

  • Weather events

  • Carrier disruptions

 


Such delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

 


 

 

5. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

 


Once your order has been shipped:

 

  • Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier

  • Bambalina Clothing is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or carrier errors

 


If you provide an email address at checkout:

 

  • You will receive an automatic order confirmation

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

 


Please monitor your tracking directly with the carrier.

 


 

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 


 

Custom & Handmade Items – No Returns / No Refunds

 


Due to the custom, handmade, and made-to-order nature of Bambalina Clothing garments:

 

  • All sales are final

  • No returns

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations once production has started

 


This includes (but is not limited to):

 

  • Fit issues

  • Size selection errors

  • Color preference changes

  • Event changes

  • Shipping delays

 


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 


 

 

7. Fit & Sizing Responsibility

 


Sizing is the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

  • Size charts are provided for guidance

  • Fit preference (looser or more tailored) is a personal choice

  • We strongly recommend sizing up when unsure

 


Fit-related concerns do not qualify for refunds or returns.

 


 

 

8. Event Deadlines & Holiday Timing

 


Customers are responsible for ordering well in advance of any event or holiday.


We do not guarantee arrival by:

 

  • Christmas

  • Photoshoots

  • Birthdays

  • Weddings

  • Pageants

  • Special events

 


Estimated processing times do not include shipping transit time.

 


 

 

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Bambalina Clothing violates these Terms & Conditions.


All order details, timelines, and policies are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and documented.


Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

 

  • Loss of purchasing privileges

  • Legal action

  • Submission of documentation to payment processors

 

 


 

 

10. Intellectual Property

 


All Bambalina Clothing designs, images, descriptions, and branding are the intellectual property of Bambalina Clothing.

 

  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold

  • Images may not be used without permission

 

 


 

 

11. Communication

 

 

  • Email is the primary form of official communication

  • Social media messages are not guaranteed to be monitored continuously

  • Please allow reasonable response time, especially during peak seasons

 

 


 

 

12. Agreement to Terms

 


By placing an order with Bambalina Clothing, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to all policies stated above
