Rush my order! How does it work:
Please read carefully before purchasing the rush my order service. Most of our dresses are made to order to be able to give you the most beautiful customization options. We also understand that sometimes you need the dress or the accessories at an earlier date for a photoshoot, birthday, a show or any reason that you might have.
While our artisan tailors do their best they need to stay extra hours to complete these orders for you or we hire extra help to be able to rush your order. Your dresses and accessories are handmade in Europe in our own small atelier. We use different shipment methods and usually USP Express which sometimes arrives in 3-4 business days to NJ or sometimes 4-10 business days because they stop in Germany to load more shipment on the airplane and we do not have any control over it. As soon as the shipment arrives in our New Jersey location, we begin sorting them out, steam, pack and ship them to you in the same week. Usual shipment day is 2-3 days to most states. It usually takes 4-5 business days to Western States like Washington or California even though we do choose 2 days shipment if Ground Priority. When it says ground, that means no airplane so it's slower than 2-3 days as they claim it to be. If you prefer a faster shipment please contact us for the extra fees. Holidays, Weather or Covid may effect these dates and it could take longer.
We do not quarantee that your order would arrive at a certain time. We only promise to do our best to make and ship it to you the fastest way we can. By purchasing this listing, you agree that shipment delays can happen and it is not in our control and we can not give a refund because we do our best by letting our staff staying over or hiring extra help. If the option you chose may not happen for many reasons such as one of the tailor's or their family members being sick, waiting on fabric, laces or embroidery, we might not be able to rush it to you and if that would be the case we will communicate with you or you can always reach us out at bambalinaclothing@gmail.com
